Telephone Bill and Payment Procedure:

1. Login with Customer ID (NWD code) and Password (phone number) to view/print telephone bill.
2. If your phone number is 8314263 in Dhaka, then your area code (NWD code) is 02. Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 028314263
3. If your phone number is 712244 in Chittagong, then your area code (NWD code) is 031. Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 031712244
4. If your phone number is 75123 in Hili, Dinajpur, then your area code (NWD code) is 05329. In this case, you have to use 5329 as more than 4 digit code is not allowed. Consequently customer ID and Password both will be 532975123
5. mm = 05 for May (Month)
   yyyy= 2011 (Year)
   mm/yyyy = 05/2011
6. If you don’t see Login page/ bill database, that means your internet line is very slow, or billing server (at Sherebangla Nagar Telephone Building Computer Centre) is down or some technical problem in Mogbazar internet division.
7. If you see the message ‘Access Denied’, that means either your data is not yet entered or your password has been changed. Contact Programmer, Computer Centre to solve it.
8. Please note that data entry may take few weeks after you get new connection/ shift phone line or pay bills. Because the system is not yet automated. If you want quick updating, swiss fake rolex then show paid copies of bills to revenue office.
